I added a new countdown to the site today to take us down to the season opener for Notre Dame football.

The game is September 1st at 3:30PM EST in South Bend.

    More than 61,000 Notre Dame alumni requested tickets for the school’s Oct. 20 football game against USC, making it the second-most demanded ticket in school history.The 61,685 tickets sought for the game is second only to the 66,670 alumni ticket requests received for last year’s Penn State game, the school said.

    This is absolutley amazing, the game is more 4 months away! ..And USC will probably blow out the happy-go-lucky Irish anyway!
