Olympics Keeping My Blogging Occupied…For Now

I’ve been really busy trying to keep the Winter Olympics News posted to my Torino blog.  So much that it has completely take all my time away from being able to post to this blog.  However, I will be back to posting here very soon.

I want to start posting more in depth about different aspects of my businesses.  Not the extreme details or anything but different things that I’ve learned over the last 4 years of developing multiple online businesses.

Google VS The US Government

Google
Google is in the midst of a legal battle with the US Government over a subpoena that was issue to Google to hand of data that has been archived about the use of its search engine.

So far, Google has stayed strong and refused to give over this data despite the Department of Justice subpoena.

Yahoo, AOL, and Microsoft, the other major search engines, have released statements this week that any data that they have or ever will turn over will not contain personal data for the users. Kevin Moss of MSN Search said, "Privacy of our customers is non-negotiable
and something worth fighting to protect. We tried to strike the right
balance in a very sensitive matter."
